From Congo to Switzerland and Canada Dominic Show brings a truly global outlook to his blend of World beat music. His latest recording (Entente cordial), Mutual understanding, is a fusion of real rumba soukous with mix of reggae, calypso, and hip hop, bringing together the elements of his diverse musical influences. Dominic Show’s songs are an expression of his love for music, and the joy he feels while performing. Born in Congo, Dominic Show spent his teenager years performing with different groupes in the city before being recognized in the field of profetionals musiciens such as Gina wa Gina of Zaiko langa langa whom did realy gave him a training as a singer by exellence before introducing him to his peer. Since show do man as being performing with big mames like Tabu Ley, Dindo Yogo,Sam manguana, Papa Wemba, Koffi Olomide,and many more.....

In 1982, Dominic Show moved to Zurich Switzerland, where he entertained European audiences with his African rythm and thoughtful lyrics. Settling in Toronto in 1987, show do man has continued to write and perform his songs to the delight of fans from across Canada he has performed in many fuctions and festivals in canada and the USA that his name is famillial to most off the musical organization in canada. To name the few , afrofest,Womad festival,carribana, african festival of washington,carribean bacchanal, Jazz festivals etc....
Dominic Show speaks many languages includes, English, french, italian, german, and as well some african dialects, lingala, kikongo, and swahili. He incorporates many of these languages in his songs.
Each language shapes the songs meaning, and also helps to express diffrent emotions. Dominic Show also draws on the proverbs of his african heritage. To reinforce the basic themes of his songs. Although the adages are african, their meanings express universal themes of love, freindship, and equality.
